ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Events & Activities Manager to lead and curate the guest experience across three distinct, high-end hospitality properties: Balesin Island Club (Quezon Province) – An ultra-exclusive, members-only retreat offering luxury and privacy at its peak. (High priority) Balesin City (Makati) – A vibrant urban hub combining F&B outlets, accommodations, and curated lifestyle programming. Balesin Pines (Benguet) – An upcoming luxury cabin‑style hotel nestled in nature, focused on wellness, retreats, and experiential stays. This role is pivotal in shaping the lifestyle identity of each property, boosting guest engagement, and creating immersive, high-quality programming and events that align with each property's unique character. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategy & Planning Develop and implement a seasonal events & activities calendar tailored to each property’s identity, target audience, and operational goals Identify trends in hospitality, lifestyle, and experiential marketing to drive innovation in programming Activation & Programming Conceptualize and execute high‑impact events including wellness retreats, culinary experiences, cultural programs, live entertainment, workshops, and bespoke member experiences Ensure activities enrich the guest experience and reinforce brand positioning Property‑Specific Focus Private Island Resort: Plan exclusive, high‑touch activations and itineraries for discerning members City Venue: Design community‑building activities, nightlife events, and lifestyle programming that integrates with F&B and accommodation Mountain Resort (Pre‑Opening): Collaborate on pre‑opening lifestyle strategies, local partnerships, and long‑term activation roadmaps Team Leadership & Collaboration Work cross‑functionally with operations, marketing, guest services, and culinary teams to bring events to life Lead or coordinate with on‑site activities teams or third‑party providers Partnerships & Community Engagement Build relationships with local creatives, performers, wellness experts, and cultural figures to enhance programming Secure collaborations, sponsorships, or partnerships that elevate guest experiences Budgeting & Reporting Manage event budgets, ensuring financial efficiency while maintaining brand standards Monitor and evaluate event success through guest feedback and KPIs QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Minimum 5 years of experience in lifestyle events, hospitality activations, or luxury guest programming Proven track record of conceptualizing and executing high‑quality experiences in the hospitality, resort, or luxury lifestyle sector Strong creative vision with the ability to translate brand narratives into engaging activations. Exceptional organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple events across locations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; experience working in multicultural environments is a plus Flexible and willing to travel between properties as needed (including remote or seasonal locations) Pre‑opening or launch experience is a significant advantage WHY JOIN US?
