Key Responsibilities: Record daily financial transactions, including expenses, revenues, and payments. Process journal entries and adjustments for accuracy in financial records. Reconcile bank statements and accounts. Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and with government agencies (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, BIR). Process vendor and supplier payments on time. Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue accounts. Manage petty cash and bank transactions. Qualification & Skills: Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or related course. Must have at least three (3) years of work experience as accounting assistant or accounting clerk. Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures. Knowledge of QuickBooks Software is a plus. Ability to use computer software such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Familiarity with government regulations (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-ibig) is a plus. Organizational skills.
