Key Responsibilities:

  • Record daily financial transactions, including expenses, revenues, and payments.
  • Process journal entries and adjustments for accuracy in financial records.
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and with government agencies (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, BIR).
  • Process vendor and supplier payments on time.
  • Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Manage petty cash and bank transactions.

Qualification & Skills:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or related course.
  • Must have at least three (3) years of work experience as accounting assistant or accounting clerk.
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks Software is a plus.
  • Ability to use computer software such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with government regulations (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-ibig) is a plus.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Integrity and confidentiality.
