Responsibilities Collaborate directly with the business owner to create engaging, brand-aligned social media content Manage and maintain a consistent presence across multiple social media platforms and portals Actively engage with audiences, followers, and potential clients to build a thriving online community Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from potential clients and users Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies based on performance metrics and business goals Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms Conduct market analysis and identify target audiences for maximum campaign effectiveness Build meaningful relationships with the online community to foster long-term customer loyalty Generate comprehensive reports and actionable insights on social media performance and ROI Requirements Extensive proven experience in social media marketing and strategic content creation Demonstrated expertise in paid social media advertising and campaign optimization Strong understanding of audience engagement strategies and community building techniques Knowledge of market segmentation, target audience identification, and customer journey mapping Excellent English communication skills for professional client interaction and compelling content creation Proficiency with multiple social media platforms and their native advertising tools Ability to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration with business leadership Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring and reporting on campaign performance and business impact Benefits Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection.
