As we expand, we’re looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help us reach qualified tenants and buyers, optimize our digital presence, and drive measurable growth.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for designing, launching, and optimizing high-impact digital campaigns that increase occupancy and enhance our brand visibility. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics and creativity—crafting compelling content while continually testing and iterating to improve results.

Key Responsibilities Paid Advertising
  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and landing pages to optimize conversions and lead quality.
Social Media Management
  • Manage and grow our organic social channels with engaging content like property tours, client testimonials, and market insights.
  • Amplify listings and promotions through paid social campaigns targeting key demographics.
Performance Optimization
  • Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rate) using GA4 and native ad dashboards.
  • Adjust budgets, bids, and targeting to maximize ROI and lead efficiency.
Collaboration
  • Align campaign strategy with leasing and property management teams to support occupancy targets.
  • Coordinate with creative vendors and designers for ad assets, videos, and landing pages.

2+ years of experience in digital marketing (real estate or property management is a plus).

Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, and GA4.

Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and CRMs like Buildium or AppFolio.

Strong analytical mindset and ability to act on performance data.

Bonus: Experience with email marketing (Klaviyo or Mailchimp) or basic SEO.
