Role: Senior Process Excellence Director — a senior leader responsible for developing and executing TaskUs' enterprise-wide vision for process excellence and continuous improvement. This role drives quality improvement projects that deliver measurable business impact, eliminates waste, streamlines processes, embeds data-driven and digital transformation, and fosters a problem-solving mindset across the organization. You will be a key change agent across all functions to improve efficiency, quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Responsibilities Develop and execute TaskUs' process excellence strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives. Lead identification, prioritization, and execution of process excellence projects across the organization. Oversee the portfolio of improvement projects to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery with measurable financial and operational benefits. Personally lead and mentor critical cross-functional transformation projects. Recruit, train, and mentor a world-class team of process improvement professionals (e.g., Master Black Belts, Black Belts, Green Belts, Process Analysts). Foster a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement with the Process Excellence team and business partners. Define and implement KPIs to monitor process health and track the impact of improvement initiatives. Establish a governance framework to standardize and sustain process changes within daily operations. Provide regular, data-rich updates to the executive leadership team on progress and ROI of the process excellence program. Champion a data-based decision-making culture and communicate the vision, successes, and business impact of process excellence across the company. Qualifications & Skills 15+ years of progressive experience in process improvement, operations, or a related field, with at least 7+ years in a senior leadership role. Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification is mandatory. Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional business transformation projects with significant financial results. Deep hands-on expertise in Lean, Six Sigma/DMAIC, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, and related methodologies. Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills; proficient with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab).
