Attach this together with your updated CV to become a priority applicant Role: Quality Administrator Work Arrangement: Work from Office Schedule: Mid Shift Key Responsibilities: Administer the raising of all NCRs, ensuring they are completed in full and accurately. Liaise with relevant departments/personnel to gather missing information from NCRs. Coordinate with departments/personnel to ensure all outstanding NCRs are completed within the agreed timescales. Work with departments/personnel to ensure NCR credits are received from the supplier base. Raise new NCRs where necessary. Carry out analysis of NCRs through KPIs and report findings to the Line Manager. Complete and follow up on tasks raised through KPI analysis to ensure improvements are made. Liaise with departments/personnel to gather shipping/transport costs for all NCR returns. Ensure the complete cost to the business is entered onto the relevant NCRs. Monitor and analyze NCR locations and returns to the 3PL, coordinating with relevant departments/personnel to ensure these are cleared and systems are updated as required. Ensure all returned stock levels match in both Synapse (BR Williams) and Business Central. Work with other stakeholders in the business on Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs). Champion and develop the NCR process for improvement, modifying processes where required. Qualifications and Requirements: Develop effective relationships and promote collaborative working across departments and stakeholders (Engineering, Sales, Stores, Warehouse, Finance, etc.). Support cross‑functional teamwork. Perform other duties as required, including deputizing for other team members when needed. Key Personal Attributes: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong analytical skills Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office Resourceful and proactive attitude Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and meets deadlines Driven and passionate about delivering high‑quality service Good organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to work within cross‑functional and co‑located teams Non‑Negotiable Skills & Requirements: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong analytical skills Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office #J-18808-Ljbffr
