Job Title Executive Assistant Job Description Summary The Executive Assistant will be supporting the APAC Account Lead, and other senior members of the business in winning and delivering of services to our local and global clients. About the Role: Manage executive level administrative tasks including scheduling meetings and video/teleconference calls. Book accurate flight and hotel arrangements in a timely, cost-effective manner for interstate and international travel bookings. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Adeptly handle incoming communications and respond to internal requests for information on timely basis. Assist with all event management requirements and general ad hoc duties as required. About You: Minimum 3 years of Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant experience in an MNC environment supporting the top management. Discrete and understands the confidential nature of management materials and information. High level of computer literacy (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); proficient in Outlook.
