Responsibilities Manage cost of goods sold, inventory demand planning, and assist clients with ad-hoc pricing/margin analysis. Support new client account onboarding and configure client accounting systems. Develop client relationships through providing timely support and guidance in regularly scheduled client check-ins and day-to-day communication. Manage retail operational accounting including issuing invoices, reconciling discounts and chargebacks, collecting deposits, and matching accounts receivables. Track and manage reconciliation schedules for prepaid expenses, fixed assets, accrued liabilities/expenses, and deferred revenue. Manage accounts payable and receivable and day-to-day client/vendor questions. Support month-end accounting functions, account reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger. Support the Controller in preparing financial reports and analysis for client leadership and coordinating work with external partners and investors. Model best practices in all areas of the accounting and financial process in accordance with GAAP; collaborating with team members to analyze and streamline processes both internally and externally. Qualifications 3+ years of relevant accounting and finance experience. Bachelor's, Associates, or Accounting Certification required. Proficient in ERP systems.
