The Role

Are you a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for building strong, impactful brands? We have an opportunity for you as an Artworker , responsible for producing, amending and carrying out creative production duties for our global clients. The Artworker provides direct support to our team of Designers, ensuring artwork meets high standards and adheres to client brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities include producing and amending artwork for digital adverts, social media and printed materials, within AMS’ Manila creative production hub.

Key Accountabilities What you’ll be doing

• Understand and interpret each client’s brand guidelines and act as a brand guardian.
• Deliver digital and print assets to the highest standard and accuracy with minimal client/media supplier feedback.
• Interpret technical asset specifications and requirements.
• Collaborate with the Art Director/Designer to bring a client’s employer brand to life through asset production.
• Develop understanding of the recruitment market in Manila to reflect it in campaign assets.
• Support Designers and Art Directors on larger campaigns.
• Make artwork amendments in line with client feedback.
• Manage quick turnaround requests.
• Listen to colleagues and clients to guide creative solutions.
• Learn and develop skills across new approaches and platforms as they emerge.

Process and Compliance

• Attend and contribute to project briefings.
• Identify process or project hotspots and raise flags; contribute to process improvement.
• Follow set creative production processes in line with end-to-end workflow (working within Monday.com).
• Understand handoffs within the process.
• Demonstrate commitment to quality control processes.
• Keep artwork version control with correct file naming conventions.
• Ensure all files are saved according to guidance.

Skills & Experience

• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop (Figma and/or After Effects beneficial).
• Competent in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong eye for design and layout; organized and meticulous; excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Familiar with quality control processes.
• Confident collaborative working style across a distributed team; ability to work across departments and cultures.
• Experience in a similar employer brand/HR/talent communications agency environment.
• Experience working with remote teams.
• Experience with Monday.com is advantageous.
• Energetic, eager, and willing to learn; good written and verbal communication skills.
