The
Artworker
plays a central role in producing, amending and carrying out creative production duties for the clients that we serve, globally. The Artworker provides direct support to our team of Designers, ensuring that creative artwork is built to the highest standards and adheres to client brand guidelines. Sitting within AMS' creative production hub in Manila, they will have experience of producing and amending creative artwork for a variety of assets, including digital adverts, social media and printed materials.

What you'll be doing:
Client and Creative Delivery:
- You'll understand and interpret each client's brand guidelines – always act as a brand guardian.
- You'll deliver on a variety of digital and print assets to the highest standard and accuracy – with minimal bounce back from clients and media suppliers.
- You'll understand and interpret technical requirements of each asset based on specifications.
- You'll work with Art Director/Designer to bring a client's employer brand to life through quality asset production.
- You'll develop a strong understanding of the recruitment market in Manila and how this can be reflected in campaign assets to attract the best candidates for our clients.
- You'll support Designers and Art Directors on the delivery of larger campaigns.
- You'll make artwork amends in line with client feedback.
- You'll manage quick turnaround requests.
- You'll listen keenly to colleagues and clients to assimilate information to guide creative solutions.
- You'll learn and develop skills and experience across new and innovative approached, and platforms emerge.
Process and Compliance:
- You'll attend and contribute to project briefings.
- You'll help identify process or project hotspots and directly alleviates or raises flag; considers process improvement suggestions and shows and interest in team behavior and workflow issues.
- You'll follow set out creative production processes in line with end-to-end workflow (working within ).
- You should fully understand of handoffs within the process.
- You'll follow, understand, and demonstrate a commitment to the quality control process.
- You'll keep record of artwork version control through correct file naming conventions.
- You'll ensure all files are saved according to supplied guidance.
Skills & Experience:
You'll need to demonstrate:
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - principally InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop (Figma and or AE beneficial).
- Competent in Microsoft Office suite.
- An eye for design and layout.
- Organized and meticulous.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Familiar with quality control processes.
- Confident collaborative working style due to a highly distributed team of colleagues; ability to reach across departmental and cultural borders and build working relationships.
- Previous experience within a similar employer brand/HR/talent communications agency environment.
- Experience of working with remote teams.
- Experience of is advantageous.
- Energetic, eager, and willing to learn.
- Good written and verbal communication skill.
