Duties and Responsibilities :

• Extraction, validation & data transformation
• Create transformation scripts and build the data model
• Building KPIs to highlight the use-case specific to processes & client requirements (Finance, Supply Chain, Talent and HR, Procurement, Sales Operations)
• Build the Analysis according to the use-case to visualize the predefined KPI/metrics as per the agreed process
• Lead conversation with clients/stakeholders during requirement gathering /technical query resolution connects
• Willingness to adapt and learn new features added as part of product enhancement
• Provide guidance and training to junior data engineers /dashboard developers
• Work towards documentation of learnings & best practices from previous projects

Qualifications :

• Graduate from at least a 4-year course related to Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics and Information Systems
• Must have at least 4 years of working experience in SQL based Data extraction and modelling
• Knowledge of one or more modern programming languages/ BI Visualization tools like Celonis, Tableau, Power BI

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Prepare analytical and trend reports, create graphics, and provide stakeholder ready material
• Analyze ticketing data to provide actionable insights
• Visualize digital analytics to show valuable data driven insights using BI tools
• Participate in operational projects and assist in timely execution of project goals and deadlines
• Design dashboards and other reporting tools used by internal stakeholders
• Identify business challenges with stakeholders and help provide analytics using statistical methods
• Familiarity of relevant key performance indicators
• Perform range of ad-hoc analyses and financial modeling in support of key business initiatives
• Perform advanced modeling on medium to large data sets in support of business operations

Qualifications :

• Must have at least 2 years of experience in Data Analytics
• Must have hands on experience in R Programming and Python
• Experience with a BI/Visual Analytics Tool (Tableau, etc)
• Experience with a SQL/database toolset (SQL Server, MySQL)
