We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple priorities, and serves as a reliable partner in ensuring operational efficiency, clear communication, and strategic execution. Time Management & Efficiency Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and daily schedules to ensure optimal use of time. Anticipate and prepare for meetings, events, and deadlines, ensuring punctuality and readiness. Communication & Correspondence Draft, review, and send professional correspondence on behalf of the CEO. Serve as the main liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Task Management & Prioritization Track, prioritize, and follow up on action items and deliverables. Assist the CEO in managing strategic projects and ensuring timely execution of tasks. Document & Report Management Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents required by the CEO. Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for confidentiality and ease of access. Problem-Solving & Initiative Identify potential bottlenecks or issues and propose solutions before they escalated. Take initiative to streamline workflows and support business needs even without direct instruction. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in an Executive or Administrative Assistant role (experience supporting C-level executives is a plus). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office tools. #J-18808-Ljbffr
