As a Supplier Analyst, you’ll be part of our Global Procurement team and report to the Head of Global Procurement, supporting strategic initiatives to reduce cash burn, optimize cash flow, and mitigate risks to help the team become world-class. In addition to your salary, you can enjoy the following benefits: Health Insurance/HMO Diverse learning & growth opportunities Accessible Cloud HR platform (Sprout) Above standard leaves The main responsibilities of a SUPPLIER ANALYST include: Sending out Quarterly Business Review (QBR) requests to suppliers Maintaining logs of completed/pending QBRs with notes Initiating supplier renewal processes via email Circulating scorecards to internal stakeholders and suppliers Generating reports on supplier spend and use cases Supporting stakeholder requests for Coupa supplier onboarding Collecting supplier diversity certifications Participating in various projects led by the Head of Global Procurement and Procurement Manager Supporting procurement team activities such as renewals Assisting with daily procurement operations To qualify, you should be proficient in: Microsoft Word Data Analytics High Energy Knowledge in these areas is a plus: Microsoft Word Data Analytics High Energy Applicants must submit the following pre-employment documents: Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance Medical or PEME slip (covered by KMC) 2x2 and half-body photos with white background Proof of government IDs (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth) Copy of Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO) Completed HR forms & promissory note (provided by KMC onboarding team) Click here to view the complete list of KMC’s pre-employment requirements.
