As a Contracts Analyst, you’ll be part of our Global Procurement team and report to the Head of Global Procurement .

The main responsibilities of a CONTRACTS ANALYST include:

  • Coordinate with Legal on contract reviews, processing, and lifecycle completion.
  • Work with Suppliers to ensure timely Agreements and complete all necessary paperwork.
  • Support and collaborate with internal Stakeholders on contract-related questions.
  • Maintain Contracts for all Suppliers.
  • Liaise with infosec and suppliers to check security assessments like DPA, BAA, etc.
  • Conduct contract audits on existing suppliers prior to renewal.
  • Confirm legal terms and manage Total Spend.
  • Maintain Supplier Sheet and keep documentation up to date.
  • Work on various projects as directed by the Head of Global Procurement and Procurement Manager.
  • Support the Procurement team on renewals and day-to-day activities.

To qualify, you must be proficient in:

  • Google Workspace applications
  • Flexibility and desire to work in a high-growth environment
  • High energy and passion for problem-solving
  • 0-2 years of work experience

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements:

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government IDs (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back
  • Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
  • Completed HR Forms & Promissory Note (provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team)
