As a Contracts Analyst, you’ll be part of our Global Procurement team and report to the Head of Global Procurement . On top of your salary, here are the exciting benefits you can look forward to: Health Insurance/HMO Diverse learning & growth opportunities Accessible Cloud HR platform (Sprout) Above standard leaves The main responsibilities of a CONTRACTS ANALYST include: Coordinate with Legal on contract reviews, processing, and lifecycle completion. Work with Suppliers to ensure timely Agreements and complete all necessary paperwork. Support and collaborate with internal Stakeholders on contract-related questions. Maintain Contracts for all Suppliers. Liaise with infosec and suppliers to check security assessments like DPA, BAA, etc. Conduct contract audits on existing suppliers prior to renewal. Confirm legal terms and manage Total Spend. Maintain Supplier Sheet and keep documentation up to date. Work on various projects as directed by the Head of Global Procurement and Procurement Manager. Support the Procurement team on renewals and day-to-day activities. To qualify, you must be proficient in: Google Workspace applications Flexibility and desire to work in a high-growth environment High energy and passion for problem-solving 0-2 years of work experience Knowledge in the following is a plus: N/A The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements: Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC) 2x2 & Half body picture with white background Proof of government IDs (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth) Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO) Completed HR Forms & Promissory Note (provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team) Click here to view the complete list of KMC’s pre-employment requirements.
