Job Summary

In this role, you will report to the Procurement Engine Room Leader of APAC Procurement as a Service team as a Procurement Analyst/Buyer. You will be responsible for executing e-sourcing events, contracts management, supplier compliance, supplier performance, and other reporting tasks for the company. You will work in a Shared Service Centre environment and handle different markets across the globe, including APAC, EMEA, and the Americas regions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Work with Business Operations to ensure completeness of Scope of Work/ Bill of Quantities for RFx activities.
  2. Implement standardized procurement systems and controls, including RFx documentation, work authorization, purchase and change order systems, and supplier/contractor eligibility criteria.
  3. Organize and implement national/regional e-sourcing activities for various CBRE accounts.
  4. Develop and execute regional contracting and procurement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
  5. Manage relationships with regional suppliers and contractors, leading contract negotiations.
  6. Oversee the supplier vetting process, including review of experience, legal and organizational structure, financial viability, geographic coverage, and insurance requirements.
  7. Coordinate with Procurement Operations to onboard suppliers for CBRE accounts.
  8. Implement and manage supplier performance programs.
  9. Build strong relationships with internal and external partners and drive process improvements.
  10. Manage regional sourcing processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  11. Lead continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
  12. Maintain the integrity of centralized procurement database systems and serve as a key contact.
  13. Communicate with suppliers via letters, calls, and webinars.
  14. Conduct webinars to train suppliers and internal stakeholders on procurement systems and processes.
  15. Perform other procurement activities as part of the APAC Procurement as a Service team.
Qualifications Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain Management.
Communication Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to provide courteous, reliable, and timely service, and effectively present information.
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues appropriately.
Financial Acumen
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex documents.
  • Problem-solving skills with multiple options; advanced analytical skills preferred.
Tools of the Trade
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with PowerBI preferred.
  • Experience with e-procurement and contracts management platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills for managing multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of Project Management is a plus.
Others
  • Culturally adaptable, good interpersonal skills, passionate, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
