About the Job

We’re looking for a versatile, always-learning Marketing Assistant who can juggle content creation, social-media management, persuasive copywriting, basic infographic design, and provide support for some SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) tasks. All while constantly researching the latest marketing trends and learning new tools on your own.

Responsibilities

  • Write and repurpose original, research-driven articles or landing pages (optimised for SEO & GEO) and publish them on our site, LinkedIn, and other external platforms.
  • Create accompanying visuals—infographics, carousels, or short videos—to boost shareability and LLM quotability.
  • Plan, write, and schedule social posts across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and Reddit; engage with comments and tag relevant voices.
  • Draft newsletter items that summarise the week’s key insights.
  • Dedicate time to self-study: track algorithm updates, explore new tools, and share takeaways with the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in PR, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills; able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Google Drive
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Native-level or fluent English with strong copywriting and editing skills across formats.
  • Working knowledge of content marketing, social-media management, basic design tools (Canva/Figma), and foundational SEO.
  • Familiarity with GEO concepts—structured Q&A, snippet optimisation, source authority—or a proven ability to learn them quickly.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and commitment to continuous learning about marketing trends, algorithms, and AI technologies.

Interview Process

Initially, you will receive a task to complete thereafter an invitation for a screening interview. Following that, the Hiring Manager will reach out to you if there are potential synergies between us. Subsequently, there will be a final interview with the CEO, depending on the specific role for which you have applied.

Should you be successful, the contract will be sent through to you followed by a detailed onboarding process. You will be guided through each step by our HR and Operations teams.
