Job Title: Marketing Assistant
Location: Remote (PST Time Zone)
Schedule: Full-Time (Monday - Friday, PST)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and outreach efforts. This role will primarily focus on coordinating prospect lists, executing email campaigns, and managing responses to ensure smooth communication and engagement. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Airtable, Google Suites, and Mailchimp and comfortable handling administrative tasks related to email marketing and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect & List Coordination: Organize and manage prospect lists in alignment with scheduled events and targeted outreach campaigns.

Email Marketing Execution: Draft, schedule, and send email campaigns using Mailchimp , ensuring timely and accurate communication.

Response Management: Monitor and funnel responses from email campaigns to the appropriate internal teams or individuals.

Data Entry & Maintenance: Keep Airtable databases updated with campaign results, response tracking, and prospect engagement.

Process Optimization: Assist in refining and documenting marketing workflows for improved efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

1-3 years of marketing and administrative experience , preferably in a professional services or community-driven environment.

Strong organizational and coordination skills with keen attention to detail.

Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp preferred) and CRM or database management (Airtable experience a plus).

Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.

Strong written communication skills and a proactive approach to task management.
