Information Technology Application Analyst Posted on Department: Gaming Applications Employee Type: Probationary Responsibilities Provide day-to-day technical support to casino floor operations and gaming business units. Provide 2nd-level support for gaming peripherals such as printers, kiosks, and related hardware. Maintain and monitor gaming servers and applications ensuring optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve gaming application issues, escalating to vendors or higher-level support when necessary. Analyze reported issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions. Assist in testing, validating, and deploying vendor-released patches or enhancements. Collaborate with IT teams to support cross‑functional operations, resolve issues, identify improvements, enhance system reliability, and support continuous operational excellence. Support compliance and audit requirements by ensuring systems and processes follow regulatory standards. Report recurring or critical issues to the Senior or IT Manager – Gaming and recommend solutions and improvements. Qualifications Knowledge of Linux, Windows Server, and SQL administration. Hands‑on experience with application support and troubleshooting. Familiarity with casino gaming systems (preferred but not required). Good analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with flexible duty schedules across different shifts to support 24/7 operations.
