Senior Marketing Communications Manager (Regional) The Senior Marketing Communications Manager (Regional) is responsible for leading and executing Harlan Coffee’s communications strategy across markets. The role ensures consistent brand expression and alignment with business objectives through effective media, social, and public relations programs. This position drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth through strong storytelling, content, and partnerships. It also oversees the communications calendar, manages budgets, and provides leadership in crisis and reputation management while maintaining the integrity of the Harlan Coffee brand in all markets. Responsibilities Deliver annual business objectives and strategic brand pillars on Communications Maintain the consistency and quality of branding across all touchpoints, ensuring alignment with the brand’s guidelines and overall identity Develop implementation plans and checklist to monitor all on-going initiatives accordingly Implement and manage Social Media strategy Implement and manage PR (media / KOL) strategy Implement and manage annual Communications Calendar Plan and budget for communications programs and initiatives Deliver KPIs and provide reports on each communications initiatives Build long-term relationships with all relevant suppliers & vendors Develop and implement crisis communications advice and media strategy, as needed People Management Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and operations, to ensure the successful execution of initiatives. Mentor junior team members in execution and relationship management. Manage country marketing teams to ensure flawless execution of all marketing campaigns Gather insights from country marketing teams to tailor campaigns for local markets.
