Marketing Communications Specialist – First Gen Corporation Responsibilities Develop, write, and edit marketing content including press releases, marketing materials, social media posts, and website copy. Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and communicates the company’s value propositions effectively. Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, events). Collaborate with internal teams (media, sales, product managers) to create and distribute campaign materials. Pitch stories, handle media inquiries, and manage press releases to secure media coverage. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and analyze performance metrics. Support internal communication initiatives to keep employees informed and engaged with company news, updates, and events. Create internal newsletters, announcements, and manage the intranet content. Ensure all marketing communications are consistent with the company’s brand identity and voice. Maintain and update brand guidelines and assets. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations or any related course. Open to fresh graduates. 2-4 years of work experience in Marketing Communication and familiarity with marketing campaigns. Strong interpersonal skills. Experience with digital media. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good presentation skills. Minimum Qualifications Responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that will improve and contribute to the organization’s brand awareness and engage target audiences. The role involves creating compelling content for the organization’s various set of products and services, managing content releases across different platforms, coordinating marketing campaigns, managing customer issues and concerns, and ensuring consistent messaging to make sure that marketing initiatives for lead engagement and customer retention will contribute to achieving company goals.
