Position Marketing Project Manager Location India and LATAM – contractual | Philippines – Fulltime Job Type (Remote PST shift) Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented marketing project manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives for both clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality, on-brand outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management for marketing campaigns, creative deliverables, and promotional initiatives. Define project scope, objectives, and KPIs in collaboration with marketing, design, and content teams. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for campaigns, events, and product launches. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, ad managers, and developers, to ensure timely delivery. Monitor campaign progress, performance metrics, risks, and issues — elevate and resolve where needed. Serve as the main point of contact for clients or stakeholders regarding marketing project status and deliverables. Ensure all project documentation, creative briefs, and assets are maintained and easily accessible. Conduct regular status meetings, campaign reviews, and post-project evaluations to identify improvement opportunities. 3+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in a marketing, advertising, or creative agency environment. Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, ClickUp). Familiarity with digital marketing channels, campaigns, and deliverables (e.g., social media, paid ads, email marketing, SEO). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage remote creative and marketing teams. Strong problem-solving, organisational, and stakeholder management skills. PMP, Agile, or marketing-related certification is a plus. Preferred Traits Experience in a startup or fast-paced marketing/agency environment.
