LUXASIA Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Senior E-Commerce Executive Job Summary: Lead and scale the e-commerce business for a leading prestige beauty brand, managing marketplace and direct‑to‑consumer channels across Lazada, Shopee, and Zalora. Oversee P&L, budget, demand planning, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive commercial performance and operational excellence. Responsibilities Own and scale the e-commerce business for a leading prestige beauty brand , covering both marketplace and direct‑to‑consumer channels Drive commercial performance across platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and Zalora – including campaign execution, pricing strategy, and promotional planning Manage the brand’s P&L , budget, and demand planning to ensure sustainable growth and profitability Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, finance, warehouse, data, platform representatives) to ensure operational excellence Strategize and implement marketing campaigns that align with the brand’s positioning while maximizing ROI Analyze data, consumer behavior, and trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize store performance Prepare and present regular business reviews and reporting to internal and brand stakeholders Ensure optimal assortment, pricing, and promotional mechanics are in place for high campaign impact Continuously improve processes, tools, and workflows to enhance scalability and efficiency Requirements Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a data‑driven mindset Experience managing e‑commerce for beauty, personal care, or premium lifestyle brands is highly preferred Deep understanding of platform operations, campaign management, and performance optimization across e‑commerce marketplaces Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Highly proactive and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of analytics or BI tools is a plus Benefits Work with an industry‑leading brand builder, grow your career within a dynamic team of 2,700 talents across 15 markets, and enjoy autonomy and guidance in a supportive environment.
