Your Role Key responsibilities include: Selling luxury mattresses (Tempur). Generating and acquiring business leads and developing a network strategy. Meeting and working closely with consumers to determine their needs. Recommending the right solutions to customers. Building brand awareness and consumer engagement through campaigns. Measuring, analyzing, and optimizing campaign performance. Monitoring performance metrics such as sales, discounting, and inventory levels. Collaborating and communicating with stakeholders across the company. About You Ideal candidates possess the following: Bachelor’s Degree in any course or field of study. Experience in retail sales, ideally in related industries. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to lead and support the team in a fast-paced environment. Highly creative, willing to learn, and quick to adapt. Creative problem solver who is analytical and logical. At least 1 year of working experience in sales or marketing. Proficient in MS Office. Willing to be assigned in Shangri-La Plaza, Mandaluyong.
