Job Overview

The Sales Associate is responsible for contributing to the overall success of the store by driving sales performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational efficiency. This role involves engaging customers through excellent service and strong product knowledge, keeping displays attractive and organized, and managing inventory to guarantee product availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment that adheres to merchandising guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels, assist in inventory counts, and prepare purchase requests as needed.
  • Assist in implementing in-store promotions, product displays, and marketing activities.
  • Support daily store operations including cash handling, product tagging, and order processing.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives and uphold company standards.

Qualifications

  • Senior High School graduate or College level.
  • Preferably with at least 6 months of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory and sales tracking systems is an advantage.
  • Flexible to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
