
Technical Sales Representative

- Actively sell the company’s products and services and identify sales opportunities by analyzing consumer and market trends
- Develop new accounts by researching and identifying potential leads and soliciting new business
- Research on the latest trends in the industry to find and create opportunities to expand the business and stay up-to-date on movements of company competitors
- Work closely with existing customers to understand their business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales within assigned territory
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in current and prospective customers, including plant or facility executives
- Provide technical support to customers, identifying and resolving customer challenges, escalating as required.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure targets and requirements are met
- Travel within assigned territory
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Must have a Bachelor’s/College degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Communications, or another related field
- With proven track record in marketing, business development, and sales
- Strong organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting
- Computer savvy
- Superior presentation and communication skills
- Strong understanding of company products, competition in the market, and product positioning
- Strong understanding of the fundamental drivers of the business, customers, partners, and competitors
- Has the ability to speakMandarin or Hokkien
