About the Role Grade Level (for internal use): 09 The Impact Working with the broader team, this role supports the definition and execution of the business and market strategy and plans to drive business growth region. Your primary tasks will include collecting and analyzing market and competitive intelligence, ad hoc and regular business report generation, client profiling, the development and execution of internal communications, and other foundational activities that support the continued growth of the business. Key Accountabilities Market/Opportunity Understanding: Support the development of a comprehensive view of the customer and their ecosystem across industry, use case(s), and personas. Support the understanding of market needs, size market opportunities, assess and monitor competitors. Continuously monitor market trends, customer feedback, and regulatory and industry developments. Product Strategy and Development Enablement: Collect and share competitive, regulatory, and customer insight to support the Risk Solutions Product team in identifying and prioritizing new products and features. Commercial Enablement: Support our broader commercialization efforts, helping to ensure our global commercial teams are aware of key product developments, market changes, scripting and collateral updates. Key is ensuring field readiness of commercial teams for pre‑and post‑sales activities, working with education and product specialist teams (train the trainer, collateral); supporting and monitoring commercial pipeline development and monitoring. Marketing Enablement: Supporting the development of brand and awareness campaigns, branded content strategy and executions, and commercially‑oriented event strategy, and ensure front‑to‑back alignment with commercial and product teams. Across these pillars, the Specialist should always work to ensure "front‑to‑back" alignment between Commercial, Marketing, and Product teams on marketing and product initiatives. Experience / Skills Proven market development skills: experience working with commercial organizations, developing and executing market development plans and Go‑To‑Market initiatives (marketing campaigns, thought leadership, industry analysis, pricing, market sizing), and supporting commercial opportunities. Experience with B2B data and analytic business in the Credit Risk industry. Proven client facing, project management and organizational skill. A solid understanding of business procedures and operation. Strong analytical skills. Experience with Salesforce, BI Dashboards, Excel, Web development a plus. Quick decision‑making skill. Highly collaborative. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
