What the role will entail Engage key stakeholders to assess needs and requirements based on the business requirement document. Conduct analysis of business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports, and key metrics. Facilitate communication between business departments and the technical delivery team to ensure seamless collaboration. Evaluate business processes to identify improvements using modeling and other techniques. Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on project progress, findings, and recommendations. What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any related courses 4 years Business Analyst experience Experience in banking or fintech is an advantage. Proven ability to work in Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban). Strong understanding of software development methodologies, databases, and relevant programming languages. Proficient in effectively communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experienced in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
