Business Analyst – Infomax Systems Solutions and Services, Inc. Responsibilities Performs business requirements gathering from external and internal stakeholders using elicitation techniques and ensures proper documentation of these requirements using approved templates and forms. Creates business requirements documentation and system specifications that drive product development and implementation. Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates client requirements to implement system solutions to support business processes. Creates functional specifications from stakeholders for developed products and services. Creates process flow charts or diagrams to provide a visual overview of all tasks and relationships in a business process. Functions as a liaison between business users and the technical team. Participates in software design collaboration sessions with solutions architect and development teams to define software functionalities and enhancements. Manages development of products, services, features, and enhancements aligned with each product roadmap. Coordinates activity schedules and user acceptance testing with project delivery team and external clients. Formulates project scoping and pricing of services for implementation of packaged solutions for external clients. Documents project costs to ensure they remain within budget and alerts team lead when costs approach estimates. Leads risk assessment sessions with project team, ensuring mitigation plans are solid and follow-through. Consolidates and validates build packages and patches endorsed by QA for proper commercial versioning and documentation, handing over to implementation team. Monitors software issues of products and services handled by support team from problem reporting to resolution. Conducts post-project meetings to discuss lessons learned, strengths, and areas for improvement. Ensures all issues during project implementation are addressed and resolved timely. Conducts regular checkpoints or meetings with business users to address issues. Researches new technologies to improve usage of marketed products and applications, enhancing existing solutions for clients. Participates in collaboration sessions with solutions architect and development teams to discuss prioritization of functionalities and enhancements. Coaches junior business analysts on requirements gathering. Performs all other job-related tasks assigned by service delivery team lead. Reports to the service delivery team lead. Qualifications Junior executive experience specializing in marketing or business development is an advantage. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Ability to work independently. A good team player. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Good analytical and communication skills. Good command in documentation and project management. Education & Experience Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Studies, or equivalent. Experience: Minimum of three years experience in a similar or subordinate job.
