Job Description- Consult with the employer and identify employment needs.
- Manage administrative duties related to employee records, recruitment, and HR processes.
- Assist with onboarding, training, and employee relations, while maintaining HR documentation and systems.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and collaborate with other HR team members.
- Monitor and manage personnel matters.
- Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
