Support HR functions including recruitment, benefits, payroll, and employee coordination in a dynamic, hybrid work environment at Capital One.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing functional support in assigned HR sub-functions such as Benefits, HR Help Center, Payroll and Timekeeping, and Recruitment
  • Performing end-to-end recruitment activities including phone screening, candidate data entry into Taleo, interviewing entry-level candidates, administering assessments, conducting job offers, and handling background checks
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to evaluate recruitment requirements and processes
  • Participating in sourcing strategies such as job fairs and offsite events
  • Providing logistics and administrative assistance for department or organization-wide programs and events
  • Engaging in personal development discussions and providing progress updates during performance review cycles
  • Possibly rotating across related HR sub-functions as assigned
  • Performing other job-related duties as assigned
About You

The company is looking for:

  • College graduate preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
  • No prior professional experience required
  • Good oral and written communication skills for business correspondence
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Amenable to working in a hybrid setup
  • Amenable to working in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
