HR Administrator at MicroSourcing

Location: 1880 Eastwood, Quezon City • Work setup & shift: Onsite | Day shift

What you’ll do

As a HR Administrator , you will:

  • Update and maintain employee records in HR systems (Alesco, Active Directory, JDE) and ensure data integrity.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR and Payroll teams, including reporting, documentation, and employee file management.
  • Manage the transactional aspects of the employment life cycle, from onboarding to termination.
  • Process HR administration activities accurately and in a timely manner, including handling HR inbox queries and task assignments.
  • Collaborate with the HR Process & Data Management team to resolve employee inquiries and ensure smooth HR operations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of HR administration experience in a high-volume environment
  • Experience using HR systems (preferably Alesco/Ascender or similar)
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills
Preferred skills/experience
  • Experience supporting Australian and/or New Zealand HR processes and policies
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel (intermediate level)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
