About the role We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Events and Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team at Manila Lodge no. 761 BPOE Inc' in Makati City Metro Manila. In this full‑time role, you will play a crucial part in planning and executing impactful events, as well as supporting our marketing efforts to promote the lodge and its activities. What you’ll be doing Assist in the planning and coordination of a variety of events, including conferences, galas, networking functions, and member-exclusive activities Liaise with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as event invitations, promotional campaigns, and social media content Maintain accurate event budgets and track expenditures Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and responding to inquiries Contribute to the continuous improvement of our event planning and marketing processes What we’re looking for 1-2 years of experience in event management or marketing, preferably within the not‑for‑profit or membership‑based organization sector Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑focused approach Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with event management and marketing software An eye for detail and a flair for creativity, with the ability to think outside the box A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow What we offer Comprehensive health insurance coverage Generous paid time off and holiday leave Opportunities for professional development and career advancement A collaborative and supportive work environment About us Manila Lodge no. 761 BPOE Inc' is a not‑for‑profit organisation dedicated to serving the local community and promoting the values of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks.
