Overview Finance Manager (CPA) | Real-estate/Mall/Property Management at HR TechX Corp. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy; must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Minimum 6 years of finance management experience, including at least 4 years in people management (supervisory to managerial level) Strong background in billing and collections Hands-on experience using SAP S/4HANA as the primary accounting system Prior experience in mall/property management or retail industry is highly preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to foster and maintain strong working relationships with direct reports, as well as internal and external stakeholders Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong team management and professional presentation skills Responsibilities Prepare year-end financial audit requirements, including the annual corporate financial controls audit; collaborate with external auditors to ensure accurate and timely financial closing and reporting Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts regularly Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations of all Balance Sheet and Income Statement accounts Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flows) for accuracy and completeness Develop and manage annual and multi-year budgets, including periodic budget forecasts Ensure full operational compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across relevant entities Establish and maintain accounting policies defining roles, responsibilities, and authorities for financial management functions Prepare and present financial and accounting reports for management or board-level review Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Full-time Job function Finance and Sales Industries Technology, Information and Internet #J-18808-Ljbffr
