The Finance Manager is responsible for managing the financial health of the organization by overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. This role ensures that financial strategies align with organizational goals and ensures compliance with financial regulations and policies.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity.
  • Optimize working capital by managing receivables, payables, and inventory levels.
  • Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure funding and favorable terms.
  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Present financial results and evaluate financial risks.
  • Develop and implement cost control measures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and support the implementation of process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Develop and maintain a robust internal control framework to safeguard company assets.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of audit findings.
  • Lead and manage the finance team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  • Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide coaching to team members.
  • Promote professional development and continuous learning within the finance team.
  • Evaluate new business opportunities and provide financial insights for decision-making.
  • Drive financial technology adoption to improve reporting and analytical capabilities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred ).
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
