Job Title: Finance Manager Job Description Summary: The Finance Manager is a key part of the Client Finance Team, working directly with the account team, the client, corporate finance, and corporate leadership. The Finance Manager will be responsible for implementing financial processes and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. They will manage and complete various reporting requirements and support operations in understanding and managing their financials to meet budgets and targets. Job Responsibilities: Develop and maintain annual budgets and monthly forecasts. Manage and complete monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including variance analysis. Coordinate with corporate finance and oversee understanding of C&W Services P&L. Collaborate with the client team on both client and corporate requirements. Track financial contractual requirements. Qualifications: 8+ years of professional experience in FP&A, controllership, operations support, and/or public accounting. Experience working with customers as a business partner, beyond just closing books. Budgeting experience. Financial modeling experience. Experience with invoices and POs.
