What you'll be doing Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide strategic insights to support decision-making at the executive level Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing appropriate control measures to safeguard the company's assets Participate in the development and implementation of new financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy Qualifications A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CMA, or CA) At least 8 years of progressive experience in a finance management role, preferably in the Accounting industry Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights Strong knowledge of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Proficient in the use of financial software and data analysis tools, such as Excel, ERP systems, and business intelligence platforms Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
