What you'll be doing
  • Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
  • Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide strategic insights to support decision-making at the executive level
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives
  • Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing appropriate control measures to safeguard the company's assets
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CMA, or CA)
  • At least 8 years of progressive experience in a finance management role, preferably in the Accounting industry
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
  • Strong knowledge of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Proficient in the use of financial software and data analysis tools, such as Excel, ERP systems, and business intelligence platforms
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
