Your Role As a Fleet Trade-In Coordinator, You Will Manage the trade-in process to support the business in increasing used car purchases with greater financial returns. Handle disbursement of trade-in purchases via the accounts payable process. Oversee stock control and management of traded vehicles. Maintain and update trade-in reporting suites. Liaise with finance companies for vehicle payouts and security releases. Coordinate with dealers for transport logistics and inspection reports. Arrange logistics for purchased vehicles through nominated suppliers. Support the remarketing of vehicles via channels beyond auctions. Maximize resale value by adhering to unfair wear and tear (UFW&T) guidelines. Assist in initiatives to increase yield and profitability on purchased vehicles. Provide necessary administrative and reporting support to the Remarketing team. Performance Success Will Be Measured By Timely and accurate processing of all fleet administration tasks. Achieving internal KPIs related to trade-in volumes and reporting. Effective stock management and reporting accuracy.
