Business is important, but so is the wellbeing of our employees. Duties and Responsibilities Support the timely clearance, billing, and reconciliation of project-related costs and documents. Monitor project expenses and ensure projects stay within budget. Coordinate all project communications across internal teams, contractors and partner suppliers, driving timely updates and ensuring the consistent, on-schedule delivery of project milestones and deliverables. Ensure that all client feedback is addressed and integrated into project revisions or iterations, as applicable. Coordinate all logistics related tasks, including permits, locations, suppliers, and transportation, with minimal supervision. Maintain accurate and timely records of production activities, schedules, and supplier contracts. Identify opportunities to improve logistics and operational processes for increased efficiency and scalability. Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are submitted according to client specifications and deadlines. Manage coordination with suppliers, contractors and internal clients. Ensure external resources are briefed properly and deliver within agreed timelines and standards. Contribute to the development and documentation of best practices and playbooks for recurring project types. Participate in relevant trainings, workshops or seminars to stay updated on evolving industry practices, tools, and regulations. Educational Background and Competencies Needed Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, Film or Media Production, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field At least two (2) years of experience in project management or production coordination and logistics, ideally within a creative agency, production house, or marketing/advertising environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
