Overview

Solenis Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines – Senior Logistics Specialist. This role will be responsible for leading the logistics activities and warehouse management where service standard is a critical part. It also develops the consensus statement of warehouse and logistics management and addresses logistics issues. In addition, the role is the key contact for Sales and OTC and is responsible for 3PLs management which contributes to delivery of service targets for the assigned portfolio(s).

Responsibilities
  • Monitoring delivery and STO activities with 3PLs to ensure delivery within the agreed time frame; provide cost analysis reports and ensure delivery and primary transport costs are within the target
  • Maintains accurate data in G3 SAP to enable proper data analytics
  • Conducts regular, monthly stock reconciliation with 3PLs to ensure inventory value is aligned; conducts regular cycle counts and bi-annual stock-taking with the finance team to comply with company policy and procedures
  • Provides regular updates to Management and Sales on MTD delivery status and POD status and ensures original POD is passed to C&C team within the agreed time frame
  • Monitors 3PLs to obtain order confirmation within the agreed time frame to ensure no OTIF misses due to PGI failure
  • Conducts monthly business reviews with 3PLs to ensure service standards are up to the agreed KPI index and to develop follow-up action plans to correct issues and achieve KPI targets
  • Reviews monthly OTIF reports to identify key reasons for delays and works with 3PLs and OTC team to implement corrective actions to improve service standards
  • Provides regular updates on slow-moving stock or stock that will expire to the correspondence team to trigger follow-up actions and avoid dead stock in the warehouse
  • Reports directly to the Country Supply Chain Manager and facilitates the consolidation of the monthly KPI reports and any ad hoc reports as needed
