Overview

The Eyewear Manager is in charge of ensuring the highest level of customer experience and maintaining the operations and visual presentation of 2 to 6 malls. This role oversees customer transactions through the Point-of-Sale System, develops and trains staff, manages customer service, maintains accurate inventory, and ensures that financial objectives are met and that all store functions run smoothly.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Delegating and supervising business operations
  • Maintaining 100% customer service in stores handled
  • Training, motivating, and coaching employees to provide attentive, efficient service; assessing performance and providing feedback
  • Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees
  • Auditing processes to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Managing inventory, coordinating requests, and ensuring on-time deliveries
  • Ensuring inventory count accuracy and minimizing loss
  • Continuously analyzing information to develop more effective and efficient processes
  • Establishing and achieving business profit objectives
  • Generating reports and presenting information to upper-level management
  • Ensuring staff follow company policies and procedures
  • Maintaining store, planogram execution, and stockroom organization
  • Assisting with ad-hoc tasks as needed by the brand
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in retail or food operations
  • Knowledge of retail or food management best practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
  • Previous related experience in retail operations
