Job Title: Zoho CRM Specialist

About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Zoho CRM Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and customizing our Zoho CRM system to enhance business processes, improve efficiency, and drive productivity. You will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless integration and automation across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Administer, configure, and optimize Zoho CRM and Zoho One to meet business needs.
  • Design, develop, and implement automation workflows, custom functions, and integrations within the Zoho ecosystem.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Zoho CRM and its integrations.
  • Manage and maintain Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM and Zoho One, and other possible modules.
  • Provide training and support to team members on Zoho CRM functionalities and best practices.
  • Analyze CRM data to provide actionable insights and reports to enhance decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to customize modules, fields, and reports to align with company objectives.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with best practices.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing and configuring Zoho CRM .
  • Strong understanding of CRM workflows, automation, and customization .
  • Experience integrating Zoho with other platforms using APIs and third-party tools .
  • Familiarity with Zoho One and other modules is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Marketing Automation Specialist

Location: Muntinlupa City, National Capital Region. Remote/hybrid: Hybrid work arrangement (see details below).

Job Description

This role requires a professional with a proven track record in stakeholder management, marketing automation, and cloud technology. The candidate should have at least 4-5 years of experience in managing and optimizing marketing automation processes, particularly within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Customer Data Platforms (CDP). The specialist will work as part of a global marketing stakeholders community, overseeing requests, providing training, following marketing processes, governance, and best practices. Tasks are assigned by the Corporate Communications Support Team Manager, Marketing Automations Manager and the Global Head of Web and Marketing Technology.

Specific Responsibilities
  • Primary point of contact for stakeholders across global teams, ensuring requirements are captured, prioritized, and implemented within marketing automation platforms.
  • Manage the completeness of requests and related documents submitted to the marketing automation request queue.
  • Campaigns management: Design and implement advanced, multi-channel marketing automation campaigns using templates, ensuring compliance with governance, brand guidelines, and best practices. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and advanced concepts such as multi-channel campaigns, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
  • Training & Mentorship: Train internal stakeholders on tools and processes; mentor Level 1 Marketing Automation Specialists and provide feedback to improve performance.
  • Webinar & Survey management: Co-manage webinars and surveys, providing training to marketers on tool usage and cross-channel promotions.
  • Tool Integration management: Support tool integrations and ensure processes adhere to best practices.
  • Quality Assurance & SLA: Conduct QA on campaigns, ensure compliance with processes, governance, SGS Brand guidelines, and best practices. Adhere to SLA with prompt responses within 24 hours and timely completion of requests.
  • Pro-active & Cross-functional collaboration: Support broader team objectives and collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless campaign execution.
  • Trend Awareness and Process Improvement: Stay updated with trends in marketing automation and suggest improvements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in information management, marketing, communications, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in web publishing and supporting technologies (HTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop is a plus).
  • A min. of 1 to 2 years of work exposure in HTML and CSS – mandatory.
  • Experience with Stakeholder management and IT background.
  • Experience with Eloqua Marketing Automation is a plus.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills. Fresh graduates with HTML/CSS knowledge are welcome to apply.
