Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of client needs and manage the full lifecycle of NetSuite implementations.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design customized NetSuite solutions tailored to their specific business processes.
  • Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of NetSuite solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
  • Train and guide users on effective adoption of NetSuite applications.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and NetSuite innovations to provide clients with valuable recommendations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation projects, ensuring clear communication and timely project delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in NetSuite implementations, with the ability to manage the process from start to finish.
  • Generalist expertise across NetSuite, including CRM, ERP, and financial management modules.
  • Strong experience implementing NetSuite for manufacturing clients, with understanding of supply chain, inventory, and production workflows.
  • Experience with clients in diverse industries such as manufacturing, consumer products, and software.
  • Familiarity with Wrike and proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills for interaction with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work within U.S. time zones and manage projects for U.S.-based clients.
  • Preferred: Background in accounting or related field; CPA certification is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with NetSuite integrations and third-party applications.
  • Prior consulting experience with multiple simultaneous client projects.
