Purpose & Scope

• Generate leads through all channels and build a pipeline to meet targets
  

Roles & Responsibilities

• Actively follow up leads, organize site visits, prepare preliminary project assessments and proposals to develop pipeline projects
• Take charge of submission of bids for any tenders (e.g. GEAP)
• Lead and coordinate end-to-end deal execution process including origination, solution design, financial modelling, proposal and commercial structuring, bid preparation, PPA/EPC negotiation and project financing
• Engage and align external/internal cross functional stakeholders to achieve certain outcomes
• Prepare management papers for opportunity assessment, reporting, investment approvals, and joint venture steering committee meetings.
  

Qualifications & Experiences

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in energy/ renewables sector preferably in Business Development/ Commercial related roles
• Good understanding of regulatory framework and electricity market in the Philippines, PPA/RSC with DUs/contestable customers, as well as the risks and value drivers in renewable energy projects
• Demonstrated ability in successfully working with cross-functional teams including technical groups, accounting functions, and project development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experienced in financial modelling

• Creative, persistent, and outgoing personality, with a keen eye for details
• Proactive, positive, and self-motivated with ability to work without close supervision
• Strong competency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint, VBA experience is advantageous
• Established network of contacts in the Philippine renewable energy sector
