Senior Research Manager

As a Senior UX Researcher at Salmon’s Research Lab, you’ll produce high-quality studies that help understand our users and improve how they experience our products. You will turn user insights into both strategic and tactical guidance, drawing from deep experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods. Set up research activities Identify research opportunities aligned with business goals. Work closely with product teams and the UX Research Lead to define and prioritize research questions, timelines, and methods. Get out and talk to people Conduct qualitative research across all stages of product development, from foundational exploration to concept testing, prototyping, and usability evaluation. Help in conducting UX interviews and usability tests to deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Collaborate with stakeholders Bring designers, product managers, developers, marketers, and other roles together with compelling research and insights. Help shape product strategy and identify user experience challenges. Communicate findings Clearly and persuasively communicate insights to senior stakeholders and Salmon leadership. Influence product decisions through strong storytelling, synthesis, and stakeholder alignment . Requirements 3+ years in marketing research or UX research Based in Manila, able to travel to our office at Bonifacio Global City (BGC) (5 days per month + field research in NCR). Skilled in a range of research methods and insight synthesis Mentoring and teaching Junior Researchers Strong communicator, with experience presenting to cross-functional teams Comfortable working independently and managing research end-to-end Experience in fintech or digital banking is a plus Hands-on experience with UX research platforms such as Maze, UserTesting, or similar tools is a plus Seniority level Senior Employment type Full-time Job function Other #J-18808-Ljbffr
