Job Description Act as the main point of contact between the paid media agency and internal teams, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment on goals. Oversee day-to-day campaign performance across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.), ensuring the agency optimizes effectively against KPIs. Review and challenge agency recommendations using a strong understanding of paid media mechanics-including campaign setup, ad formats, placements, and targeting strategies. Collaborate with the Marketing Consultant for strategic direction and with the COO for budget, forecasting, and sales alignment. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ensuring clear linkage between media spend and business outcomes. Identify opportunities for testing, improvement, and innovation across paid media channels. Ensure all campaigns follow best practices in optimization, tracking, and creative execution. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital media strategy, or media management. Strong understanding of digital media platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.) and their performance metrics. Proven experience managing or collaborating with agencies. Advanced analytical and reporting skills; comfortable working with data and dashboards. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
