ABOUT THIS POSITION As a VA Media Buyer (Meta Ads Specialist) , you will play a critical role in supporting our marketing team by executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid media campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta-owned platforms). You will work with existing campaign strategies, launch creatives, ensure proper tracking, and help the team make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who understands Meta Ads inside and out and can follow clear processes while proactively flagging opportunities or issues. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Upload ad creatives, copy, headlines, URLs, and all required information into Meta Ads Manager. Launch campaigns, ad sets, and individual ads following established strategies. Monitor campaigns daily to identify overspending, underperforming ads, or opportunities for scaling. Ensure proper pixel setup, audience targeting, and tracking for all campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing team to report on high-performing ads and recommend adjustments to budgets based on ROAS and KPI targets. Maintain organized campaign data and provide insights to inform future campaigns. Follow SOPs closely while flagging anomalies or opportunities for optimization. REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience as a Meta Ads Specialist or similar role, ideally supporting ecommerce or performance marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, campaign structure, audience targeting, pixel setup, and reporting. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable following processes and SOPs. Ability to work remotely and communicate effectively with a distributed team. Basic understanding of ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar) is a plus. Experience managing ad budgets and understanding campaign performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPC, etc.) preferred. Comfortable with daily reporting and providing clear updates to the strategist or media buyer lead.
