We’re looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to develop and execute high-impact email campaigns that drive engagement, nurture leads, and boost client retention. In this role, you’ll collaborate with the marketing, content, and sales teams to create compelling email content, optimize campaign performance, and implement automation strategies that align with business goals. You’ll focus on audience segmentation, A/B testing, deliverability optimization, and performance analytics to maximize engagement and conversions. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute high-impact email marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives. Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and optimize messaging. Design and implement automated email workflows to nurture leads and improve retention. Leverage A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and calls-to-action (CTAs). Ensure adherence to best practices in design, deliverability, and compliance. Create compelling, error-free email copy that resonates with target audiences. Work with designers to enhance email layouts and visual appeal. Align email marketing with broader marketing initiatives. Maintain consistent brand messaging across all email communications. Maintain customer email lists, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulations. Segment audiences to deliver personalized and relevant email content. Continuously refine segmentation strategies based on engagement and behavioral data. Performance Monitoring & Optimization Track and analyze email campaign performance using key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Generate reports and insights to drive continuous improvements. Optimize deliverability and inbox placement with best practices in list hygiene and engagement. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, campaign execution, and automation. Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement, Pardot, or similar platforms. Experience in database management and audience segmentation. Strong expertise in copywriting, messaging, and email automation workflows. Hands-on experience with A/B testing, analytics, and deliverability optimization. Excellent project management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Experience working remotely and communicating in a video-based environment. A computer with 16 GB of DDR5 RAM (preferred) or DDR4 RAM (acceptable). A noise-canceling headset of good quality. Stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps upload/download speed .
