MARKETING SUPERVISOR Is in charge of creating and carrying out marketing plans that highlight the hotel's name, amenities, and visitor experiences. This position oversees marketing initiatives, handles both traditional and digital campaigns, and guarantees constant communication that draws visitors, raises brand awareness, and helps achieve revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote rooms, dining, events, and other hotel services. Supervise the marketing team and coordinate tasks related to promotions, advertising, and content creation. Manage the hotel's online presence including website, social media pages, and digital advertising. Collaborate with the sales team to develop seasonal promotions, packages, and loyalty programs. Maintain partnerships with travel agencies, influencers, tourism boards, and media outlets. Conduct market research to identify trends, guest preferences, and competitor activities. Oversee the production of marketing materials such as brochures, posters, and digital content. Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on marketing ROI and engagement metrics. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and guest touchpoints. Support in organizing hotel events, sponsorships, and public relations activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. 3–5 years of marketing experience (preferably in hotels or resorts). Strong background in digital marketing and branding. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience required. Hotel or hospitality industry experience preferred but not required.
