Responsibilities Identify, research, and contact potential clients (prospects) through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other means to build a robust sales pipeline. Conduct thorough consultations to understand the client's business needs, challenges, and objectives to determine if the product/service is a viable solution. Create detailed, accurate, and persuasive sales proposals, quotations, and contracts. Confidently negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to successfully close sales and meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and targets. Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales strategies and plans to penetrate new markets or expand within existing ones. Proactively follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Accurately log, track, and update all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using the designated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries for management, providing insights into sales performance and market conditions. Maintain expert-level knowledge of all current and new products, features, specifications, and applications. Continuously refine selling skills, negotiation tactics, and consultative approaches through training, coaching, and self-study. Ensure all sales activities and transactions adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
