Senior Operations Manager

Responsibilities Lead the annual business planning process in collaboration with HQ. Translate corporate strategic objectives into roadmaps across Operations, Central Kitchen, Facilities & Management, Construction/Store Development, Marketing, HR, Finance/Accounting/Admin Teams. Define departmental targets and track progress against KPIs, holding managers accountable for delivery. Conduct and consolidate monthly business reviews across all departments and present to HQ. Prepare and submit performance reports to brand principals and HQ, with clear follow-through on action points. Cross-Functional Operations Management. Oversee daily business operations and ensure strong coordination across all departments. Provide leadership and direction to managers to ensure aligned execution. Ensure full implementation and enforcement of Operation policies. Uphold standards in customer experience, design, and operational discipline as measured by metrics such as mystery shop scores and in‑store audits. Coach and lead department heads with clear performance expectations. Oversee team structure, staffing plans, and succession building. Drive performance management and talent development across all functions.
